Clean, well-outfitted kitchen. Handy to shopping for necessities (though you don't want to leave for any of that) Friendly people...Great Beach. Value. We want to come back. "We loved this property! We made our reservations online. We are always hesitant as sometimes it can be a nightmare. Not so here. We had an adorable cottage. We were there for the Daytona 500. Very convenient for us. This is not a new facility but so clean. The staff from Cody to Phillip the GM are the essence of hospitality. We highly recommend this quaint and charming property. If you want luxurious this is not for you. If you are looking for a little gem on the beach with a rocker on your patio, and gentle breezes we say BOOK IT!"

"My husband and I along with my mother-in-law rented one of the 2 bedroom seaside cottages for three nights and four days. What a wonderful place. The cottage was clean, very spacious and everything we needed for our visit to Ormond Beach. I found this place on the internet and it lived up to everthing as advertised. We will be back next year (we're snowbirds from Canada) and will be recommending it to all our southern friends here in Haines City.

"Had to stay here due to hotels being booked for Thanksgiving 2011. I was very pleased, I stayed with my hubby and 2 kids on the 4th floor facing the beach it was breath taking. My 2 year old didn't want to go home. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. We were planning on staying one night cause it was late and we were use to staying at the Hilton, but to our surprise it was very nice and we plan on coming back. It was a nice mini vacation for us."
